Easy Meal Prep for 3 Meals

I love Tex Mex food. The best part of these meals is that they taste even better on day 3, than on day one. We love chili in this family, but not so much left overs... So the idea is to make a smaller batch, divide the meat and veg and make a couple different varieties. With food prices going up, waste is not an option.
